Air muffins with canned peaches will be an excellent addition to tea or coffee. The dough is very gentle and fairly sweet, it perfectly tones with fruits. Depending on season fresh peaches or nectarines can be used for the baking.
Whole wheat flour
In deep bowl let’s connect 3 chicken eggs and sugar.
Using a mixer, whip the mixture for 10 minutes to obtain gassy and light mass.
Pour into the obtained mixture 2.5% kefir.
Add melted butter cooled to room temperature to the dough. Mix the dough with a mixer until homogeneity.
Then let’s add sifted wheat flour, baking powder, vanillin and salt to the dough. Mix the dough again to homogeneity.
Drain liquid from canned peaches. Cut fruit into small pieces. Add the ground peaches to the dough, mix.
In the metal form for baking of muffins let’s insert paper forms. Fill the forms with the dough for 2/3.
Send the muffins with peaches to a pre-heated oven up to 180 degrees. Bake the products at the medium level until golden for 25-30 minutes.
Get out ready-made muffins of metal form and cool down to room temperature on a wire rack. Serve fragrant pastries with milk, tea or compote.
