Steps

  • 1. In deep ware letā€™s connect 3 chicken eggs and sugar.
  • 2. Using a mixer, whip the mixture for 10 minutes to obtain a gassy and light mass.
  • 3. Pour in dough Olive oil without smell.
  • 4. Peel ripe bananas and mash with a fork in puree.
  • 5. Add banana puree to the dough.
  • 6. Break black chocolate into pieces and melt on a water bath or in a microwave oven on pulse mode.
  • 7. Cool the melted chocolate to room temperature and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
  • 8. In several steps letā€™s add into dough sifted wheat flour mixed with baking powder, salt and vanillin. Mix the dough to a homogeneous consistence.
  • 9. In the ready chocolate dough add pitted cherry, in advance drawn from excess juice.
  • 10. Once again mix the dough, pour it into a bowl of multicooker lined with parchment paper.
  • 11. Insert the bowl with dough into the multicooker and close the device lid. Bake the cake in a multicooker at Ā«BakingĀ» mode for 50-60 minutes depending on the power of your device.
  • 12. Take the finished cake carefully out of the bowl, using a container to cook food on steam. Cool the cake on the wire rack to room temperature, decorate with the sugar powder and serve as dessert.
