The recipe can be varied by adding to salad avocado, fresh tomatoes, bell pepper, canned corn or green peas. If desired, instead of yogurt, the salad can be dressed with olive or sesame oil.

  • Chinese cabbage
    200 g
  • Cucumber
    1 pcs
  • Dijon mustard

  • 1. Part the Chinese cabbage into leaves and wash them. After removing the hard base from the leaves, cut the cabbage into thin straws.
  • 2. Wash fresh cucumber and cut into straws.
  • 3. Let’s connect the ground vegetables in a deep salad bowl.
  • 4. Separate dill and parsley from stems, wash and cut finely. Cut the feathers of green onions into rings.
  • 5. Transfer the crushed greenery to a salad bowl with vegetables. Add Dijon mustard and garlic cloves passed through the press to the salad from Chinese cabbages and cucumbers.
  • 6. Salt to taste and season the ingredients with black ground pepper. Dress the salad with a small amount of sour cream or natural yogurt.
