Best Mackerel in Tomato Sauce

The unique taste of mackerel in this recipe is given by a sauce prepared on the basis of a mixture of browned vegetables and sour-sweet tomato paste seasoned with spices. Mackerel hasn’t got many bones and it’s quite oily fish, so even fussy eaters will be satisfied.
