  • Whole wheat flour

  • 1. In deep bowl let’s connect sugar and 3 chicken eggs.
  • 2. With the help of a mixer whip the mixture for 10 minutes until a light mass is obtained. Thanks to this charlotte with walnut will be soft and fluffy.
  • 3. In separate bowl combine wheat flour, corn starch, vanilla sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix everything with a wire whisk until homogeneity.
  • 4. Add to the whipped egg mass a mixture of dry ingredients sieved through the sieve.
  • 5. Mix the dough for the charlotte with a rubber spatula, achieving homogeneous consistence.
  • 6. Ground walnut with a knife into large crumbs.
  • 7. Wash the apples, remove the core and peel. Cut fruit as thin as possible. It is also convenient to use a grater for cutting slices for this purpose.
  • 8. Add crushed apples and walnuts to the charlotte dough. Once again, thoroughly mix the ingredients.
  • 9. Transfer the dough into a cup of multicooker or a form for baking with a diameter of 22-24 cm, lined with parchment paper. Bake the cake in a multicooker on Baking mode. In 60 minutes, the charlotte with apples and walnuts will be ready. In the oven, the charlotte should be baked for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees.
