  • 1. Peel onion and cut into cubes. Wash carrots, peel and cut into quarter rings.
  • 2. Put crushed onions on a frying pan with pre-heated olive oil. Stir periodically and brown onions to clearness. Then add carrots to the onion, stir and continue to fry the ingredients together for another 3-4 minutes.
  • 3. Transfer the browned vegetables into a glass heat-resistant pan or form for baking.
  • 4. Wash rice carefully and add to the pan with vegetables.
  • 5. Wash chicken drumsticks and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Rub meat with hot ajika sauce and leave for 30 minutes for marinating. Put the chicken legs in a heated with olive oil frying pan. Fry the meat to the golden crust on both sides.
  • 6. Transfer the fried chicken drumsticks to a pan to the rest of the ingredients.
