  • Non yeast puff pastry

  • Sausage

  • Tomato

    100 g
  • Tomato sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Olive oil
    50 ml
  • Italian herb
    0.5 tsp
  • Sugar
    1 tsp

  • Black pepper
    - to taste

Steps

  • 1. Let’s make pizza sauce. Cut onions and garlic into small cubes, put on a frying pan with pre-heated olive oil. Stir periodically and fry vegetables until a light golden brown. Wash bell pepper, cut finely and add to vegetables. Stir and continue to fry the ingredients together for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 2. Then add tomato paste, salt, sugar and ground spices to the vegetables. Mix, continue to cook sauce on low fire for 2-3 minutes.


  • 3. Pour in sauce 100 ml of hot water. Stir and boil the sauce on low fire until thickening.
  • 4. With the help of a hand blender, break the pizza sauce to a homogeneous consistence.


  • 5. In advance get the puff pastry from the fridge so that it unfreezes and becomes elastic. On the working surface dusted with flour, roll the dough into a circular layer with thickness of 3-4 mm. A few centimeters from the edge, make a knife cut along the perimeter of the blank, forming edges for pizza. In the center, stab the dough with a fork so that it does not deform during baking.
