Tomato sauce2 tbsp

Olive oil50 ml

Steps

1. Let’s make pizza sauce. Cut onions and garlic into small cubes, put on a frying pan with pre-heated olive oil. Stir periodically and fry vegetables until a light golden brown. Wash bell pepper, cut finely and add to vegetables. Stir and continue to fry the ingredients together for another 2-3 minutes.

5. In advance get the puff pastry from the fridge so that it unfreezes and becomes elastic. On the working surface dusted with flour, roll the dough into a circular layer with thickness of 3-4 mm. A few centimeters from the edge, make a knife cut along the perimeter of the blank, forming edges for pizza. In the center, stab the dough with a fork so that it does not deform during baking.
