  • 1. Cut off crusts from white bread, cut the soft part largely, pour with cold milk and leave for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Press pieces of white bread from milk and transfer to a cup of blender. Add large cut onions and garlic cloves to the bread. Break the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
  • 3. Wash the chicken fillet and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Clean the meat from fat and skins and cut into medium-sized pieces. Transfer the pieces of chicken fillet to a cup of blender and ground meat into a thick homogeneous mince.
  • 4. In deep bowl let’s connect chicken mince and ground white bread with vegetables.
  • 5. Add grated hard cheese to the obtained mixture. So that chicken mince for fritters with cheese keeps form well, break one chicken egg into the mixture.
  • 6. Add salt, ground seasonings and finely chopped fresh greenery.
