The delicious dish from semi-finished products will be able to decorate any, including festive, table. Frozen dumplings in pots are baked in an appetite sauce and turn out juicy and nutritious. In order to prevent the dumplings from sticking together during the preparation process, they should be previously boiled or fried on a frying pan. In addition to onions and carrots, mushrooms, green beans, bell pepper, green peas, broccoli or cauliflower can be added to baking pots.

  • Frozen meat dumplings

  • 1. Put frozen dumplings in a frying pan with pre-heated vegetable oil. Stir periodically and fry semi-finished products until light golden.
  • 2. Transfer fried dumplings into a baking pot.
  • 3. Peel onions and cut into cubes. Wash the carrots, peel and cut into straws.
  • 4. Pour a small amount of olive oil into the frying pan. Put crushed vegetables in the frying pan. Stir periodically and fry onions with carrots until soft.
  • 5. Add browned vegetables to the dumplings.
  • 6. To make frozen dumplings in the pot fragrant, let’s add cut into halves garlic clove, bay leaves, black allspice, salt and ground seasonings.
  • 7. Add finely chopped dill and parsley to the rest of the ingredients.
  • 8. Pour the ingredients with hot water or broth. The liquid should not reach the edges of the pot by 3-4 cm. Otherwise, in the process of baking, the water will flow off the pot.
  • 9. Cover the pot for baking with a lid, put it on the baking sheet and send it to the oven pre-heated to 180 degrees. Bake frozen meat dumplings in pots for 20 minutes. Then get the pots out of the oven and remove the lid. Add some sour cream to give the dish a creamy taste.
  • 10. Cover the meat dumplings with grated hard cheese.
  • 11. Without covering the pot for baking with a lid, return it to the oven for 5-7 minutes so that the grated cheese melts and reddens. Serve the ready dish immediately after preparation and decorate with fresh greenery.
