Mushroom soup from oyster mushrooms is an appetizing dish that can please with its saturated taste and aroma at any time of the year.   • Chicken broth

  • 1. Wash the potatoes and peel. Let's cut potatoes into straws.
  • 2. Pour chicken broth into a pan and bring to boil. Transfer the ground potatoes into boiling broth.
  • 3. Wash carefully the millet cereal and add to the broth after potatoes.
  • 4. Peel onions and cut into small cubes.
  • 5. Transfer the crushed onions to a deep frying pan with pre-heated olive oil. Stir periodically and brown vegetables on low fire until soft.
  • 6. Wash carrots and peel. Let's cut vegetables into straws.
  • 7. When onions are browned and soft, let’s add cut carrots to the frying pan. Mix and continue to brown vegetables together for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 8. Wash fresh oyster mushrooms carefully and cut into straws. Small mushrooms can be left uncut.
  • 9. Add the ground oyster mushrooms to the browned vegetables. Stir periodically and continue to fry the ingredients together for 5 minutes.
  • 10. When the potatoes are cooked until semi-readiness, add oyster mushrooms with browned vegetables to the soup, mix. Cover the pan with a lid and continue to cook mushroom soup on low fire.
  • 11. 5 minutes before the end of preparation let’s add finely cut greenery, salt and seasonings to the soup.
  • 12. Pour the ready-made oyster mushrooms soup, the recipe I offer you, into the portion plates. Additionally, sour cream and garlic croutons can be served.
