Easy Bulgur Pilaf
Bulgur can be cooked in different ways. The easiest is to fill the cereal with boiling water, cover with a lid and leave to swell. Bulgur can also be cooked as an ordinary cereal, in a small amount of water with salt. Today I offer to your attention the bulgur pilaf with vegetables, the cooking recipe is simple and fast. It turns out very tasty and useful side dish to meat or fish. During fasting days bulgur with vegetables can be a full independent dish.
A variety of fresh or frozen vegetables can be used to prepare this recipe: eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes or green beans. In the process of preparation the bulgur is impregnated with vegetable juice and becomes very fragrant and fluffy.

Cherry tomatoes2-4 pcs

Olive oil50 ml

Cumin1 tsp

Paprika1 tsp

Steps

7. Fill the ingredients with hot water at the rate of 2 parts of liquid per 1 part of cereal. Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook bulgur with vegetables on a low fire until all the liquid from the frying pan is evaporated. In the process of preparation of bulgur with vegetables it is not necessary to stir.
