Today I want to offer you a new recipe for a light and healthy vegetable salad, this time made of Chinese cabbage with tomatoes and greenery. As a dressing for this salad, I suggest using olive oil and lemon juice mixed with black ground pepper. Juicy and crispy Chinese cabbage is perfectly combines with fresh tomatoes and sweet red onions. Therefore, salads with Chinese cabbages and tomatoes are not only tasty, but also useful. If you want to make the dish more nutritious, you can add grated hard cheese, baked chicken fillet or hard boiled eggs to the vegetables.

  • Chinese cabbage

  • Tomato
    1-2 pcs
  • Red onion
    0.5 pcs

  • 1. Divide the Chinese cabbage into leaves and wash them. Cut off the hard base from the leaves and cut the Chinese cabbage into straws.
  • 2. Wash fresh tomato and cut into thin slices.
  • 3. Cut half of the red onion into thin semi-rings.
  • 4. Connect the ground vegetables in a deep salad bowl.
  • 5. Wash feather of green onions and fresh dill and finely cut.
  • 6. Add ground greenery to the rest of the ingredients.
  • 7. Let's add a little salt. It is important not to oversalt the salad with Chinese cabbage and tomatoes, the recipe of which I describe to you.
  • 8. Let’s make a dressing for the salad. In a separate ware combine olive oil and freshly ground black pepper. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice, mix.
  • 9. Pour salad with ready dressing, mix.
  • 10. As you can see, salad with Chinese cabbage and tomatoes (photo attached) is very easy to cook. Serve the dish immediately after preparation.
