Dill Cheese Pancakes

Pancakes with cheese and dill are very tasty, gentle and thin. Fresh dill makes pancakes fragrant and hard cheese stretches and gives the dish a piquant note. Pancakes on this recipe are delicious on their own, and you can wrap in them pieces of light-salted salmon or use another unsweet filling. A great addition to the pancakes will be sour cream or Greek yogurt. As a basis for pancakes we will use kefir. If desired, rice flour can be replaced with wheat or whole grain flour.

  • 1. Break chicken eggs into a deep bowl and whip with wire whisk to a homogeneous consistence.
  • 2. Add sifted rice flour to the eggs, mix.
  • 3. Add salt, sugar and seasonings to the pancake batter. Again carefully mix.
  • 4. Stir constantly and pour a warm kefir into the batter with a thin jet, following the recipe of pancakes with cheese and dill.
  • 5. Ground hard cheese on a large grater and add it to the batter.
  • 6. Wash dill, cut finely and add to batter. Stir and let's leave the dough for 15 minutes.
  • 7. Heat the pancake frying pan and grease with olive oil using a culinary silicone brush. Pour a small amount of batter on the frying pan. By rotating the pan with circular movements, distribute the batter evenly throughout the perimeter.
  • 8. When the pancake is browned from below, gently turn it over and bring it to readiness.
  • 9. In this way, let’s fry all the pancakes with cheese and dill. From the specified number of ingredients I got 8 pancakes with a diameter of 22 cm. Bon Appetite!
