Today I suggest you to prepare delicious baked potato wedges. Crispy outside and soft inside, seasoned with fragrant spices potato wedges will leave no one indifferent.   • 1. Wash potatoes carefully and you don’t need to peel it. Cut the potatoes in thin wedges.
  • 2. Put the wedges of potatoes in the bowl with cold water. Leave the vegetables for 10 minutes to remove excess starch from the potatoes.
  • 3. Rinse potato wedges under cold water, drain water.
  • 4. Add salt and seasonings to the vegetables so that the baked in the oven potato with wedges become fragrant.
  • 5. Pour potato wedges with olive oil. Thoroughly mix so that all vegetables are covered with oil and seasonings.
  • 6. Lay the potato wedges in one layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
