Baked Chicken with Mushrooms

Steps

1. Wash chicken thighs and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Cut pieces of meat along the joint into 2 parts, let's salt it to taste and season with spices. Add mustard to the chicken thighs, mix and leave the meat to marinate for 30 minutes. Thanks to this, chicken baked in the oven with mushrooms will be juicy and tender.
