Diet Meatball Soup

Light chicken soup with meatballs is very tasty and fragrant. It is great for children's or dietary nutrition. Bright soup with meatballs made of gentle chicken fillet perfectly thickens hunger and fills with energy for the whole day. Additionally, bell pepper, fresh tomato or celery stalk can be added to the soup. If you want to make the taste of the soup more saturated, it can be prepared on vegetable broth with the addition of parsley root and parsnip.

  • 1. Wash the chicken fillet, clean from fat and skins and cut into small pieces. Put the meat in a blender bowl, add largely cut onion.
  • 2. To make the meatballs juicier, add a piece of butter. Let's salt and add pepper to taste.
  • 3. Grind the ingredients into homogenous mince.
  • 4. Wet hands in cold water and let’s form small meatballs of the same size from mince.
  • 5. In the pan, pour 2 liters of water, bring to a boil. Let's put meatballs in boiling water.
  • 6. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut them into small cubes.
  • 7. After 10 minutes, add crushed potatoes to the dietary soup with meatballs.
  • 8. Peel onions and cut into small cubes.
  • 9. In 5 minutes, add onions to the soup.
  • 10. Wash carrots, peel and grind them on a large grater.
  • 11. Add carrots to the pan right after the onions. Continue to cook dietary soup with meatballs on low fire.
  • 12. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add green peas to the soup.
  • 13. Season the soup with spices, let's taste it. For the aroma, add finely chopped parsley.
  • 14. Bring the soup with chicken meatballs to boiling, and then turn off the fire. Pour the soup into the serving plates and serve it to the table.
