Village Salad

Delicious, rich and original - all this is about the Village salad. Most often, I cook it in the cold season, when the season of vinaigrettes, canned vegetables and marinated mushrooms comes. But in the summer it is no less tasty and may appear on your table today as a main dish or side dish for meat. If you have pre-boiled potatoes, then it will take you no more than 10 minutes to prepare a salad. Instead of champignons, marinated oyster mushrooms or canned forest mushrooms can be used for the recipe.
