  • Chicken fillet
    350 g
  • Onion

  • Sour cream
    3 tbsp
  • Water
    200 ml
  • Butter
    25 g
  • Whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil

  • Seasoning for chicken
    0.5 tsp
  • Allspice

  • Bay leaf

Steps

  • 1. Peel onions and cut into quarter rings.
  • 2. Put the crushed onions into a deep frying pan with pre-heated vegetable oil. Stir periodically and brown the vegetables until a light golden brown.


  • 3. Wash chicken fillet and clean meat from fat and skins. Cut the meat into small long pieces.
  • 4. Add pieces of chicken fillet to browned onions. Stir and continue to fry the ingredients together on medium heat.


  • 5. In a separate dry frying pan, fry wheat flour to a light brown tint.
  • 6. Then add a piece of butter and sour cream to the flour. Mix the ingredients, achieving a homogeneous consistence.
  • 7. Continuing to stir and pour hot water into the sauce with a thin jet. Add salt and seasonings to taste. Stir the sauce and bring it to a boil.
