Sausage Soup

The appetizing, warming Italian soup with sausages will appeal to both adults and children. If you want to vary the everyday menu, try making such soup for your relatives. I'm sure they'll ask for more! To give the dish an Italian note, be sure to add seasonings to the soup: oregano, basil, thyme or a finished mixture of dried seasonings of "Italian herbs." For the recipe, I recommend using smoked top-grade sausages from a checked producer. Before serving, each portion of soup can be supplemented with grated Parmesan.
