Steps

  • 1. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut into large pieces. Put the vegetables in a deep pan.
  • 2. Peel onions and cut into small cubes.


  • 3. Put the crushed onions in a deep frying pan with melted butter. Stir periodically and brown the vegetables to a golden shade on a low heat.
  • 4. Wash carrots and peel. Cut the vegetables into straws.


  • 5. Add crushed carrots to browned onions. Stir and continue to fry the vegetables together for another 3-5 minutes on low heat.
  • 6. Wash fresh champignons and, if necessary, peel mushroom hats with a knife. Cut fresh champignons into large slices.
  • 7. Add mushrooms to vegetables. Mix and continue to fry the ingredients together for another 5 minutes.
  • 8. Add browned vegetables with mushrooms to a pan with potatoes.
  • 9. Fill the ingredients with hot water or broth. Cover the pan with a lid and after water boils let’s stew potatoes with mushrooms on a low heat for 20 minutes.
  • 10. After this time, add salt, seasonings and finely chopped fresh greenery to the stewed potatoes.
