Let’s prepare a piquant strawberries and arugula salad, the recipe is simple, but very tasty and unusual. This dish will become a real decoration of the holiday table. In addition to feta, soft cream cheese or fine Parmesan chips can be used for the recipe. The amazing combination of sweet strawberries, mustard and salted cheese will not leave anyone indifferent. A simple and quick-to-cook salad with a bright taste is great as a light snack on a hot summer day. If desired, lemon juice or balsamic vinegar can be added to the salad dressing. For the recipe, it is best to use seasonal berries, they are the sweetest and most fragrant.

  • Strawberries
    150 g
  • Arugula
    50 g
  • Feta cheese
    50 g
  • Olive oil
    20 ml
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Black pepper
    - to taste


  • 1. Wash the fresh arugula salad, dry from excess moisture and put on the bottom of the serving plate.
  • 2. Let's wash strawberries and remove stems. Cut the berries into 2-4 parts, depending on their size. Add strawberries to the arugula leaves.
  • 3. Grind feta cheese into large crumbs and add to the salad.
  • 4. For salad dressing blend 5-6 strawberries into puree.
  • 5. Add olive oil to strawberry puree.
  • 6. Add a pinch of salt and black ground pepper to the dressing to taste. Mix thoroughly so that all the ingredients are combined.
  • 7. Dress the ready strawberries and arugula salad and serve immediately to the table. If desired, the finished salad can be supplemented with crushed walnuts, previously dried on a dry frying pan.
