Potato with Dill

Today we have a new tasty seasonal recipe - potatoes with dill. The simplest and, in my opinion, the most delicious variant of cooking new potatoes is to boil it until ready and serve vegetables with dill and a piece of butter. Everyone loves potatoes with dill. This is a wonderful side dish for salted or smoked fish, baked chicken or barbecue. Additionally, fresh salad or homemade pickles can be served. To prepare vegetables evenly, use tubers of the same sort and size for the recipe. If you want the potatoes to cook faster, cut the tubers into several parts before cooking. If desired, butter can be replaced with olive or sunflower oil.
