Today I suggest you prepare cheese rolls, the recipe is simple and budget. This is a great holiday snack that you can cook in a few minutes. As a filling, you can use those ingredients that you have in the fridge. It can be ham, chicken fillet, crab sticks, boiled shrimp, fried mushrooms, cottage cheese and fresh greenery. This time I decided to make cheese rolls with boiled eggs, garlic and carrots in Korean style. It turned out a delicious, hearty and moderately spicy snack. Such a dish will help to diversify the everyday menu and will become a decoration of the holiday table. For the recipe, it is most convenient to use hard cheese in a vacuum package, cut into thin slices.

  • 1. Boil hard the chicken eggs, cool them, clean them from the shell and grate on a large grater.
  • 2. Add carrots in Korean style drained from marinade to grated boiled eggs.
  • 3. Add salt, black ground pepper and garlic clove passed through the press to the obtained mixture. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, mix.
  • 4. On one edge of the cheese slice let’s put a small amount of salad from eggs and carrots in Korean style.
  • 5. Wrap the filling in cheese, forming rolls from cheese, the photo is attached. To keep the rolls in shape, they can be fixed with a toothpick, tied with a parsley stem or green onion feathers. Bon Appetite!
