The sour-sweet sauce emphasizes perfectly the tender taste of white meat, giving the dish a piquant spicy note. Ingredients

  • Chicken wings
    4 pcs
  • Whole wheat flour
    3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce
    30 ml
  • Olive oil
    30 ml
  • Tomato sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Honey
    1 tsp
  • Garlic
    2 clove
  • Paprika
    0.25 tsp
  • Sesame seeds
    1 tsp
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Black pepper
    - to taste



Steps

  • 1. Wash chicken wings and dry with paper towels from excess moisture. Remove the third bone from the wings and rub the meat with a mixture of salt and seasonings. Let’s leave chicken wings for 30 minutes, so that the marinade impregnates them and makes them fragrant.
  • 2. Coat marinated chicken wings in wheat flour. Thanks to this technique, during the process of baking, a crisp golden crust is formed on the wings.
  • 3. Transfer the coated chicken wings into a heat-resistant baking form, greased with olive oil.
  • 4. Send the chicken wings to the oven pre-heated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. During this time, the meat will be completely baked and reddened.
  • 5. Let’s make a marinade for the wings. In deep bowl, combine spicy tomato sauce, liquid honey and garlic cloves passed through the press.
  • 6. Add soy sauce to the obtained mixture. Mix thoroughly, achieving a homogeneous consistence of the sauce.
  • 7. Put baked chicken wings in a bowl with a marinade. Mix so that the meat is completely covered with sour-sweet sauce.
  • 8. Serve chicken wings in a spicy marinade immediately after cooking, decorated with sesame seeds and parsley stems.
