Gooseberry orange jam

Gooseberry jam with oranges is very tasty dessert and quite easy to prepare, which every hostess will be able to prepare. Gooseberry preserves with the addition of orange is surprisingly tasty, thick and fragrant. Fresh mint and cinnamon give preservation a piquant rich note. The finished jam can be used as a filling for pancakes, buns, pies or croissants. No less delicious dessert with cookies or a slice of fresh bread. This time I used red gooseberries to make jam, but berries of any kind are suitable for the recipe.
