  • 1. Wash chicken drumsticks and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Rub chicken meat with a mixture of salt and seasonings. Let's leave the chicken drumsticks for 30 minutes so that they are marinated and soaked with flavors of seasonings.
  • 2. Then shift the chicken drumsticks in a frying pan with pre-heated vegetable oil.
  • 3. Fry chicken drumsticks on a medium heat to a golden crust on both sides. Transfer the meat from the frying pan to a deep plate.
  • 4. Peel onions and cut into small cubes.
  • 5. Put onions in a frying pan in which chicken drumsticks were fried. Stir periodically and brown the onions on a low heat until a light golden brown.
  • 6. Clean garlic cloves from husks, wash and chop finely with a knife.
  • 7. Add crushed garlic to browned onions. Stir and continue to fry the vegetables together for 1 minute.
  • 8. Add sour cream and spicy mustard to the vegetables. Let's pour 150 ml of hot water into a frying pan, mix thoroughly.
  • 9. Put fried chicken drumsticks in the received sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat in the sauce on a low heat.
