
Cheese Stuffed Zucchini Boats
Zucchini is a tasty and healthy vegetable from which you can prepare a lot of various recipes. Special attention should be paid to dishes of stuffed zucchini baked in the oven under cheese cap. The filling for zucchini can be different, depending on your taste preferences.
Today I suggest preparing boats from zucchini with cheese and with filling from eggs and vegetables. For heartier version, I recommend using chicken fillet, meat mince, ham or cottage cheese. For the recipe, it is better to choose young vegetables with a thin peel and unripe seeds. Large overripe vegetables are better for making vegetable stew or paste from zucchini.
