There's nothing easier than omelette. In my opinion, this is the perfect dish for a healthy and hearty breakfast. The traditional dish will become much more interesting and tasty if you supplement it with champignons fried with onions. The finished omelette can be sprinkled with grated hard cheese and left under the lid for 1 minute so it melts.
