Omelette with Mushrooms

There's nothing easier than omelette. In my opinion, this is the perfect dish for a healthy and hearty breakfast. The traditional dish will become much more interesting and tasty if you supplement it with champignons fried with onions. Omelette with mushrooms, a recipe with a photo of which you will find below, is very tasty and fragrant. In addition to champignons, oyster and forest mushrooms can be used for the recipe. The finished omelette can be sprinkled with grated hard cheese and left under the lid for 1 minute so it melts.

Ingredients

  • Egg
    3 pcs
  • Champignon
    100 g
  • Onion
    1 pcs
  • Butter
    15 g
  • Olive oil
    20 ml
  • Dried basil
    0.25 tsp
  • Dill
    10 g
  • Parsley
    10 g
  • Salt
    - to taste



Steps

  • 1. Peel onions from husks and cut into quarter rings.
  • 2. In a frying pan, combine butter and olive oil and add crushed onions. Stir periodically and fry onions on a low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Wash fresh champignons, cut into halves and cut into slices of medium thickness, following mushroom omelette recipe.
  • 4. Add crushed mushrooms to onions. Stir and continue to fry the ingredients together for a few more minutes.
  • 5. In a separate bowl, combine 3 chicken eggs, salt and seasonings to taste. Whip the eggs with a wire whisk so that the egg whites and yolks connect with each other.
  • 6. Pour the egg mixture into fried with onions champignons. Cover the frying pan with a lid and fry the eggs on a low heat until the eggs are ready.
  • 7. That's all, the mushroom and onion omelette is ready. Sprinkle it with finely chopped dill and parsley.
  • 8. Serve the perfect mushroom omelette immediately after cooking with a slice of fresh bread.
