Therefore, today we will cook squid in Chinese style, recipe is very tasty and simple, even a beginner will cope. To prepare this snack, we will need only 15 minutes of free time and an exquisite seafood dish will be ready. Squids in Chinese style are very tender, juicy and fragrant. It is important not to burn up seafood in a frying pan, otherwise it will become tough.   • Squid

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce
    30 ml

Steps

  • 1. Peel onions and cut into half rings 5 mm thick.
  • 2. Put half rings of onions in a frying pan with pre-heated olive oil.
  • 3. Stir periodically and brown onions on a medium heat until a light golden brown.
  • 4. While the onions are browned, let’s prepare seafood. In advance unfreeze squids at room temperature, wash and clean. Lower the carcasses of squid into boiling water and cook them for 1 minute. Then transfer the seafood into icy water to stop the cooking process.
  • 5. Cut squid into rings 1 centimeter thick.
  • 6. Add squid rings to browned onions. Mix and continue to cook the ingredients together on a low heat for 1 minute.
  • 7. To make squids in Asian style (recipe with photo attached) more fragrant and moderately spicy, add garlic clove passed through the press.
  • 8. Add sugar and black ground pepper to taste.
  • 9. Pour in soy sauce. Mix all the ingredients and fry them on high heat for 1 minute.
  • 10. At the end of cooking, add large-cut parsley.
  • 11. Serve the finished dish with a slice of fresh chiabatta and white wine.
