Steps

  • 1. Peel onions and cut into quarter rings.
  • 2. Put the cut onions in a deep frying pan with pre-heated vegetable oil. Stir periodically and brown onions on a medium heat until a light golden brown.
  • 3. Wash the pork and clean it from fat and skins. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.
  • 4. Add pieces of pork to browned onions. Stir and continue to fry the ingredients together on a medium heat.
  • 5. Meanwhile, let’s prepare the rest of the vegetables. Wash carrots, peel them and cut them into straws.
  • 6. Wash bell pepper, remove the seed box and cut into straw. Peel garlic cloves.
  • 7. When the pork is fried until semi-readiness, add carrots, bell pepper, garlic and hot pepper to it. Stir periodically and fry meat with vegetables on a medium heat for another 5 minutes.
  • 8. Then add salt and seasonings so that bulgur with pork becomes fragrant.
  • 9. Fill the ingredients with hot water so that they are completely covered with liquid.
  • 10. Cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer the meat with vegetables on a low heat for 20 minutes.
  • 11. Then add the washed bulgur.
  • 12. Fill the cereal with hot water. The liquid should cover the bulgur on 1 cm above. Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook the bulgur with pork, the recipes of which I recommend to you, on a low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  • 13. Before serving, carefully mix bulgur with meat and vegetables and decorate the dish with fresh greenery.
