Tasty Pear Jam

Today we are preparing fragrant bright pear jam with slices. Pear jam has very delicate taste, so I recommend supplementing it with a small amount of seasonings. Thanks to cinnamon, cloves and anise, jam is very tasty, with spicy notes. Also, if desired, you can add lemon or orange zest to the homemade pear preserves. In the process of cooking, pear slices keep their shape and acquire an appetizing caramel color. Therefore, this jam will be favorite treat in your family. For the pear jam recipe, use juicy, but not overripe, dense fruits. From this amount of ingredients 1 L of jam is obtained.
