Steps

  • 1. Cut into thin slices fresh lard and transfer on a pre-heated dry frying pan.
  • 2. Fry lard on low fire till golden brown to melt the fat. Then get golden cracknels from the frying pan.
  • 3. Wash the pork tenderloin and dry with paper towels from excess moisture. Remove fat and skins and cut meat across the fibers into 1 cm thick bars.
  • 4. In a frying pan with melted fat, transfer pieces of pork.
  • 5. Stir periodically and fry the meat on medium heat until a light golden tint, following the pork roast recipe.
  • 6. Peel onions and cut into quarter rings of medium thickness.
  • 7. When the meat is reddened, let’s add cut onions to it.
  • 8. Stir and continue to fry pork with onions on medium heat until meat and vegetables are ready.
  • 9. At the end of the preparation, add salt, seasonings and finely chopped dill.
  • 10. Continue to cook pork tenderloin for another 1-2 minutes so that the seasonings reveal their aroma. Fried pork is ready. The calorie content of the finished dish can be reduced if use lean meat without a fat layer.
