Salad with seafood

To create this salad it is not necessary to use all sea cocktail, but the richer the variety of seafood, the more interesting is the taste of the dish. You can use any seafood you like - squids, mussels, shrimps and so on. It is perfect to prepare the salad of fresh seafood, but if this is not possible, then pickled one is also good. It is very convenient and quick cause such seafood is ready, you just need to mix it with other products.
Another very important point - the seafood is very healthy, it contains a lot of proteins and little fat, and, therefore, less calories. Marine meat digests much faster and easier as it is very soft and tender. Thanks to these valuable properties, the seafood can be eaten in almost any quantity, being not afraid to gain weight.
