Salad with seafood

Seafood is often considered to be a delicacy, guests always enjoy eating it, and it is a wonderful decoration of a festive table. Salads that include seafood, possess a specific individuality and have unique taste. We offer a recipe of an excellent Mediterranean recipe salad. To create this salad it is not necessary to use all sea cocktail, but the richer the variety of seafood, the more interesting is the taste of the dish. You can use any seafood you like - squids, mussels, shrimps and so on. It is perfect to prepare the salad of fresh seafood, but if this is not possible, then pickled one is also good. It is very convenient and quick cause such seafood is ready, you just need to mix it with other products. Another very important point - the seafood is very healthy, it contains a lot of proteins and little fat, and, therefore, less calories. Marine meat digests much faster and easier as it is very soft and tender. Thanks to these valuable properties, the seafood can be eaten in almost any quantity, being not afraid to gain weight.


  • Squids pickled
    150 g
  • Canned tuna
    130 g
  • Mussels
    150 g
  • Cucumber
    1 pcs
  • Egg
    1 pcs
  • Seaweed caviar
    40 g
  • Lettuce leaf
    1 pcs
  • Soy sauce
    1 tsp
  • Parsley
    - to taste
  • Refined oil
    1 tbsp
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Black pepper
    1 pinch


  • 1. Wash cucumber, remove the tails, cut it lengthwise in two parts, then in thin slices.
  • 2. In advance boil an egg hard and cool it down, scrape the top off, cut into large segments. Prepare a deep bowl and put slices of cucumber and eggs in it.
  • 3. Separate mussels from marinade, put them into the bowl wholly.
  • 4. Do the same with squids. If the strips of squids are too long, they can be broken into smaller pieces.
  • 5. Place tuna meat in a bowl too, pre-drain it of the oil in which it was located.
  • 6. Rinse parsley, remove the drops with a towel, chop it finely and toss it into the salad. Then dress the salad with soy sauce and oil, season with salt and pepper, stirring carefully so as not to damage the soft components.
  • 7. Put a clean lettuce leaf on a flat dish, flatten it, place the salad on the top. In the end garnish it with seaweed caviar.
