Easy Baked Zucchini

One of the simplest and easiest ways to make zucchini is to bake them in the oven. Once you try this recipe, you will no longer want to fry vegetables on a frying pan. Baked zucchini are very tasty, juicy and fragrant. For the recipe, I recommend using young zucchini with a soft peel and unripe seeds. From more ripe vegetables, you can prepare tasty pasta from zucchin for the winter. The zucchini thus prepared can be served hot or chilled as a vegetable snack or side dish for meat or poultry.

  • Zucchini

  • 1. Grind hard cheese on a large grater.
  • 2. Add garlic cloves passed through the press to the cheese, following the recipe for baked zucchini.
  • 3. Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the received mixture, mix thoroughly.
  • 4. Wash the zucchini and cut off the tails. Cut the vegetables into circles 1 cm thick.
  • 5. Put the zucchini circles in a heat-resistant baking form, greased with olive oil. On vegetables, let’s put a teaspoon of cheese and garlic mixture.
  • 6. Send the vegetables to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes. During this time, oven baked zucchini will be completely cooked, and hard cheese from above will melt and redden.
  • 7. Serve ready-made cheesy zucchini baked in warm or chilled form, decorated with fresh greenery.
