The Best Stewed Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are great not only for frying or baking in the oven, but also for stewing. The chicken meat thus prepared is very juicy and tender. Sour cream gives the meat a pleasant creamy taste, and vegetables and seasonings make the chicken very fragrant. Stewed chicken wings can be served with almost any side dish. The meat combines well with mashed potatoes, various cereals and pasta. If you want to make the stewed wings spicier, add chilli sauce to the tomato paste or a finely chopped pod of hot pepper cleaned from the seeds. Chicken or vegetable broth may be used instead of water.
