Cheesy Chicken

Today on the agenda is fragrant cheesy baked chicken. The meat prepared in this way is very juicy, tender and literally melts in the mouth. The piquant garlic aroma complements the dietary chicken fillet as best as possible. And the appetizing golden cheese-egg hat is just unbelievable! This recipe is suitable for both a weekday dinner and a family feast. Any side dish can be served to baked chicken. It can be bulgur with vegetables, potatoes with dill, stewed vegetables or salad with Chinese cabbage and tomatoes.

  • Chicken fillet
    350 g
  • Cheese
    100 g
  • Egg
    2 pcs
  • Garlic
    2 clove

  • 1. Wash chicken fillet, clean it from fat and skins. Cut the fillet along into two pieces of the same thickness.
  • 2. Let's salt the meat to taste and season with spices. Beat the chicken fillet with a culinary hammer so that the chicken with cheese becomes juicy and soft.
  • 3. Ground hard cheese on a large grater and transfer it to a deep bowl.
  • 4. Separate two yolks from egg whites and add to the grated cheese. For aroma, add garlic cloves passed through the press to the received mixture.
  • 5. Whip two egg whites with a pinch of salt by means of a mixer until stable peaks are obtained.
  • 6. Add whipped egg whites to the cheese mixture, gently mix the ingredients.
  • 7. Put prepared chicken fillet in a heat-resistant baking form greased with vegetable oil. Over the meat, distribute an even layer of cheese-egg mixture.
  • 8. Following the cheesy chicken recipe, send the form to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  • 9. Serve the finished simply cheesy chicken in hot form with our favorite side dish, decorated with fresh greenery.
