Broccoli Chicken Dish

A delicious and useful broccoli and chicken dish is great for lunch or light dinner. Baked broccoli with juicy chicken fillet and fluffy omelette is very tender and fragrant. Hard cheese forms a blush golden crust on top, making the dish even tastier and more appetizing. If desired, instead of sour cream, you can use thick natural yogurt. Ingredients

  • Broccoli
    400 g
  • Chicken fillet
    600 g
  • Egg
    2 pcs
  • Cheese
    100 g
  • Sour cream
    50 g
  • Garlic
    1-2 clove
  • Olive oil
    30 ml
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Black pepper
    - to taste


Steps

  • 1. In a deep bowl let’s combine 2 chicken eggs and sour cream, mix the mixture with a wire whisk until homogeneous consistence is obtained
  • 2. Add garlic cloves passed through the press, salt and black ground pepper to the egg-sour cream mixture to taste.
  • 3. Wash chicken fillet, clean from fat and skins. Cut the meat into pieces of medium size, add them to the egg-sour cream mixture.


  • 4. Wash broccoli, sort into small inflorescences, add to the rest of the ingredients, following the broccoli and chicken recipe.
  • 5. Mix the ingredients so that the chicken fillet and broccoli are completely covered with egg-sour cream mixture.
  • 6. Grease portion forms for baking with a small amount of olive oil. In prepared forms let’s put chicken fillet and broccoli, pour them with egg-sour cream mixture .


  • 7. Grate hard cheese into large chips. Evenly distribute grated cheese over the future casserole.
  • 8. For convenience, put the forms on the baking sheet. Send the ware with broccoli and chicken to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Let’s serve the finished dish in hot form, decorated with fresh parsley.
