    100 g
  • Tomato
    1 pcs
  • Lemon
    0.25 pcs
  • Olive oil
    25 ml
  • Seasoning for chicken
    0.5 tsp
  • Salt

  • Black pepper
    - to taste

  • 1. Wash chicken fillet, dry from excess moisture with paper towels and clean meat from fat and skins. With a sharp knife, make deep cuts on the fillet, without cutting the meat to the end by 1 cm.
  • 2. Transfer the prepared chicken fillet into a heat-resistant form for baking, salt and season with spices to taste. Pour the meat with olive oil and spray with lemon juice. Let's leave the chicken fillet for 30 minutes so that it is marinated, and the baked chicken with mozzarella and tomato becomes juicy and fragrant.
  • 3. Cut fresh tomato and mozzarella into thin half rings. In each cut on a chicken fillet let’s insert one piece of tomato and cheese.
  • 4. Cover the form with meat with food foil and send it to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil from the form and continue to bake the chicken fillet for another 7-10 minutes. During this time, the caprese chicken breast will be completely baked, and the mozzarella will melt and become golden. Serve the finished dish immediately after cooking, decorated with fresh greenery.
