Caprese Stuffed Chicken

Delicate chicken fillet, mozzarella and fresh tomatoes - these products are simply created for each other. The dish is simple, quick to make and requires a minimum of culinary skills. The caprese chicken breast baked in the oven, the recipe of which I will tell you in detail, turns out to be very juicy and tender, the meat just melts in the mouth. The finished dish looks elegant and very appetizing, it is great for both the festive table and everyday lunch.

Let's leave the chicken fillet for 30 minutes so that it is marinated, and the baked chicken with mozzarella and tomato becomes juicy and fragrant.

Then remove the foil from the form and continue to bake the chicken fillet for another 7-10 minutes. During this time, the caprese chicken breast will be completely baked, and the mozzarella will melt and become golden.
