  • Bell pepper

  • Garlic

  • Olive oil

  • Apple cider vinegar
    20 ml
  • Lemon juice
    15 ml
  • Salt

Steps

  • 1. Wash bell peppers and transfer them into a heat-resistant form for baking.
  • 2. Send bell peppers to a heated oven up to 200 degrees. How much to bake bell peppers? The cooking time depends on the size of the vegetables, usually it takes 20-30 minutes. When black spots are formed on the peppers, get vegetables from the oven.
  • 3. Transfer the baked peppers into a dense cellophane bag. Tie the bag and leave the vegetables for 15 minutes. After this time, carefully remove the skin and seed box from the peppers and cut the vegetables into large pieces. Now that you already know how to bake bell pepper correctly, let’s talk about marinade. Collect pepper juice in a separate bowl, add olive oil, apple vinegar and lemon juice to it.


  • 4. Add one garlic clove passed through the press and finely cut basil to the marinade. Mix everything.
