Baked Chicken and Potatoes

Supplement the dish with fresh salad or homemade pickles and you will have a full lunch or dinner ready. For the recipe, you can use any part of the chicken: wings, drumsticks, thighs or whole legs. It is better to leave the chicken breast for other dishes, for example, prepare rolls with hangers and cheese or nuggets in a potato crust.

4. Now let’s prepare meat. Wash chicken drumsticks and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Season the meat with salt and spices, add mayonnaise and hot adjika sauce, so that the baked chicken with potatoes and carrots becomes fragrant. Thoroughly mix, leave the chicken drumsticks for 30 minutes so that the meat is marinated.
