How to Make Cheesy Potato Mash


  • 1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, transfer them to a pan and pour with cold water.
  • 2. Cover the pan with a lid, put it on fire. When the water boils, add salt to the potatoes. Continue to cook potatoes on low heat until ready.
  • 3. Grate processed cheese on a large grater, transfer to a saucepan of small diameter.
  • 4. Add milk to the processed cheese. Put the saucepan on a low fire, stir constantly so that the processed cheese completely melts, bring the mixture to a boil.
  • 5. When the potatoes are cooked and become soft, drain water from the pan. Add butter and finely chopped dill to the potatoes so that the mashed cheese potatoes become more fragrant.
  • 6. Next, pour a hot mixture of milk and processed cheese into a pan.
  • 7. Let's mash the ingredients in a homogeneous puree.
