Brussels Sprout with Bacon

Bacon80 g

Balsamic vinegar1 tbsp

Maple syrup1 tbsp

Salt- to taste

Black pepper- to taste

5. Lower the heat, add balsamic vinegar to brussel sprouts, mix all ingredients and sweat for a few minutes until soft and ready. Cut bacon randomly and add to brussel sprouts as well as maple syrup. Mix thoroughly to make icing cover all pieces of the dish. Season with salt and black pepper mignonette to taste.
