Banana and Chocolate Ice-Cream with Baileys

This ice-cream is easy to cook and doesn’t need an ice-cream maker. Of course, this dessert texture is different from premium full cream ice one which is based on pastry cream and heavy cream. And still, banana and chocolate ice-cream is very tasty and is cooked within minutes. Moreover, it isn’t caloric and if you add strong coffee instead of cream liqueur it will be a dainty for vegans. Altogether, there are only advantages and the most difficult thing is to wait until this dessert gets frozen.

  • Banana
    3-4 pcs
  • Vanillin
    - to taste
  • Baileys liqueur
    50 ml
  • Dark chocolate
    50 g
  • Cocoa powder
    20 g

How To Make Banana Chocolate Ice Cream In Your Food Processor


Steps

  • 1. Prepare ingredients. Take 4-5 small or 3 big bananas, preferably very ripe ones. Few hours before cooking ice-cream, cut bananas, put them into plastic bag and in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
  • 2. Then blend bananas, vanillin and liqueur until smooth on a high speed. Add coco powder and blend it with banana puree on a medium speed for a few seconds to make everything mix well.
  • 3. That is all process. Easy, right?


  • 4. Now, put the ice-cream into a container.
  • 5. Cut chocolate with a knife and add to the ice-cream. You can mix it in or leave chocolate on the top of your dessert. Cover your container and put it in the freezer for a few hours. Take container out of the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving and leave at room temperature. Then you can serve ice-cream forming scoops with a special spoon.
  • 6. Not only bananas, but also liqueur gives a sweet taste to ready ice-cream. If you replace liqueur with some coffee, you can sweeten your dessert with some syrup or honey.


  • 7. You can serve banana and chocolate ice-cream with wafer rolls, pieces of chocolate and fruit.
