
Chicken and Mushroom Nachos
Nachos is a famous hot mexican dish where the main ingredients are crunchy crisps made of corn tortillas. There are a lot of variants of how to cook this dish and one of them is with chicken, mushrooms and vegetables.
Ingredients

Nachos150 g

Chicken fillet500 g

Mushroom5 pcs

Onion1 pcs

Tomato1 pcs

Chilli pepper1 pcs

Cheese150 g

Garlic1 clove

Vegetable oil2 tbsp

Salt- to taste
Chicken Nachos
Steps

1. Prepare ingredients and preheat an oven to 180°C. Cut chicken fillet into medium pieces and tomato into small cubes. Shell onion and garlic and cut them finely, then slice mushrooms. Grate cheese on a small grater. You can replace chilli pepper with any mild pepper or don’t add it at all. Also, prepare baking molds. Either a few small ones or a big one will be good. Heat some seed oil in a frying pan, put chicken fillet in it and cook until golden brown. Then add onion and keep on frying until onion is soft ( about 5 minutes).
