Grate cheese on a small grater. You can replace chilli pepper with any mild pepper or don’t add it at all. Also, prepare baking molds. Either a few small ones or a big one will be good. Heat some seed oil in a frying pan, put chicken fillet in it and cook until golden brown. Then add onion and keep on frying until onion is soft ( about 5 minutes).
  • 2. Add cut mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes. When you are about to finish, add chopped garlic, salt and spices. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and remove from the fire.
  • 3. Put a layer of corn crisps in a mold the way they cover all the bottom and create a plate.
  • 4. Then spread a vast portion of chicken stuffing with vegetables.
  • 5. The next layer is chilli pepper cut into rings and tomato cut into cubes.
  • 6. And at the top of all that a vast portion of grated cheese which is compulsory ingredient of nachos as well as corn crisps. Place mold with nachos into a preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese melts and gets a bit golden.
