Today I offer you a recipe for juicy, fragrant and golden brown whole chicken, roasted in the bag in the oven. The finished poultry dish is very tasty and appetizing. Homemade oven bag chicken is great for the festive table and will become its decoration. The secret of preparing a festive dish is a good marinade and a baking bag. It is very important to marinate chicken for at least 4 hours, during this time it must be turned over several times so that the meat is evenly soaked with spices. To prepare the marinade, I used a ready-made mixture of chicken spices. It includes the following ingredients: red sweet pepper, turmeric, coriander, nutmeg, ginger, chili and dried vegetables. You can also use ready-made seasoning or collect seasonings to your wishes.

Rub the chicken carcass with ready-made marinade, pour part of the fragrant mixture inside the chicken. Tie the legs of the chicken with thread.

4. Then carefully transfer the chicken to the baking bag and tie tightly on one side. Let's pour the remaining marinade into the bag. After releasing excess air from the bag, tie it on the other side. Before baking homemade chicken in the bag, let’s marinate the chicken for 4 hours, periodically turn it over so that it is evenly soaked with seasonings. You can leave the chicken overnight on the bottom shelf of the fridge.

5. After the chicken in the bag is marinated, transfer it on a baking sheet. Send the chicken to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 1.5 hours. After the indicated time, check the readiness of the chicken by making a puncture with a knife in the place where the leg is attached to the carcass. If clear juice flows out of the meat, the chicken is ready. Serve it immediately after cooking, decorating with slices of lemon and greenery.
