Easy Overnight Oats

Steps

  • 1. Prepare ingredients.
Additives can be different to your taste. Today we take baked yogurt, banana, dried plums and chocolate. But you can choose any dairy product, any fruit or dried fruit and nuts. There is not particular receipt for this porridge. With this quantity of ingredients you get 3 Mason jars 160 ml each. Divide all ingredients into three parts. If bananas are small, take one fruit to a portion..
  • 2. Pour a bit of baked yogurt on the bottom of the jar.

  • 3. Cut bananas and dried plums finely. In case of too dry plums, soak them in hot water for 5-10 minutes in advance.

  • 4. Put cut fruit into the jars and pour it over with some honey.
To sweeten fruit you can use not only honey but also syrup or sugar.
  • 5. Put oat porridge over fruit (2 tbsp per portion).
  • 6. Now, put the same layers but backwards: banana, dried plums, honey. Pour it over with baked yogurt. Slightly hit the bottom of each jar with your hand to make bobbles of air get out.

  • 7. Sprinkle it with cut chocolate as a topping.

  • 8. Now it’s time to soak porridge, so cover the jars with the lids and put them into the fridge for night.

  • 9. In the morning you will get tasty breakfast ready to eat.

  • 10. We know that many of you prefer hot porridge, but a jar of “Easy Overnight Oats” will help when you lack time to make breakfast in the morning. Enjoy your meal!
