Easy Fried Rice

Fried rice is a famous asian dish all over the world which is served both in the restaurants and stalls of street food. It is right that dish which is ordered to offices or police stations by the heroes of american movies. Also, it is easy to cook and a variety of fried rice recipes is great due to the way of cooking and additives to go with the main ingredient.Now, let’s cook it using boiled rice and simple products. Better use rice cooked recently, but fresh cooked one also will be fine.

  • Boiled rice
    3 glass
  • Flax seed oil
    2 tbsp
  • Onion
    1 pcs
  • Green peas
    1/2 glass
  • Carrot
    1 pcs
  • Soy sauce
    3 tbsp
  • Egg
    2 pcs
  • Green onion
    - to taste
  • Allspice
    - to taste
  • Salt
    - to taste

How to make Chinese Fried Rice


  • 1. Prepare all ingredients. Take short-eating rice cooked until ready and totally cooled down. Don’t defrost green peas. Peel carrot and cut it into small cubes. Use junjie (sesame) oil preferably or any other you have.
  • 2. Heat seed oil over medium heat in a frying pan. Shell onion and cut it finely. Put onion and carrot in the frying pan and simmer them for 5 minutes until soft and slight golden brown stirring all the time. Then add green peas and keep on cooking, stirring it all for another 5 minutes.
  • 3. Beat eggs with a fork. Move vegetables to one side of the frying pan, beat eggs to another empty part of the frying pan and fry them stirring all the time with an egg slice for 2-3 minutes. The process of cooking is the same as for scramble.
  • 4. When the eggs are fried, mix them with the rest of the vegetables.
  • 5. Then add rice and soy sauce.
  • 6. Increase heat, stir all ingredients and fry a bit. In the end add some salt, spices and chopped spring onion to your taste.
  • 7. Your dish is ready. You can serve it right away.
  • 8. Fried rice is short-eating, nutritious and very colourful.
  • 9. This is a basic recipe and on its basis you can cook rice with pork, bacon and seafood.
