Cottage cheese pancakes with rice flour, the recipe of which I offer you, is a great option for preparing a tasty and useful breakfast. They are very gentle and fragrant, with an appetizing golden crust. Rice flour makes cheese pancakes fluffy and very tasty. For the recipe, you can use cottage cheese with any percentage of fat content. If you have granular cottage cheese, first grate it through a sieve. Additionally, raisins or finely cut banana can be added to the dough. You can serve ready-made Russian syrniki with sour cream, caramel, honey, condensed milk or berry sauce. Cottage cheese pancakes with rice flour are good both warm and cool. They are convenient to take with you as a snack to work or picnic.

Easy Cottage Cheese Pancakes


  • 1. Put cottage cheese into a deep bowl (if necessary, it can be previously grated through a sieve). Add 2 chicken yolks to the cottage cheese, mix.
  • 2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to the cheese dough. Mix the mixture until homogeneous consistency.
  • 3. Add sifted rice flour into the dough.
  • 4. Thoroughly mix the ingredients so that the dough is thick and homogeneous.
  • 5. Let’s divide the finished dough into 8-10 parts. Form from them round pancakes from cottage cheese with rice flour 1.5-2 cm thick. Transfer the blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • 6. Send the cottage cheese pancakes to a heated oven up to 180 degrees. After 15 minutes, carefully get the pancakes from the oven. Turn the products to the other side, continue to bake them for another 5-7 minutes.
  • 7. Appetizing cottage cheese pancakes are ready.
