Stuffed mushrooms with chicken and cheese are the perfect holiday snack that doesn't take much time to cook. The mushroom filling can be prepared in advance and stored in a fridge. Before the arrival of guests, it will remain only to fill the champignons with filling and bake them until they are ready in the oven. For the stuffed mushrooms recipe, you can use boiled chicken fillet or meat from thighs. It is desirable to choose rather large champignons, during the baking process, mushrooms will significantly decrease in size. Stuffed mushrooms according to this recipe are very tasty and juicy. A special piquant note is given to champignons by dried tomatoes and feta cheese.

How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 1. Let’s wash fresh champignons. Carefully separate the legs of the mushrooms from the hats. Cut the legs of the champignons into small cubes, put in a frying pan with pre-heated olive oil. Stir periodically and fry mushrooms on medium heat until light golden brown.
  • 2. Cut boiled chicken fillet into small cubes, add to fried champignons.
  • 3. Let's cut finely the dried tomatoes and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  • 4. Crash the feta cheese with our hands in large crumbs, add to the filling.
  • 5. To make baked stuffed mushrooms with chicken fragrant, add finely chopped dill, seasonings and salt to the filling. Mix thoroughly.
  • 6. Fill the champignon hats with a finished filling. Put the mushrooms in a heat-resistant baking form, greased with vegetable oil.
  • 7. Cut hard cheese into thin slices. Put pieces of hard cheese over stuffed mushrooms.
  • 8. Bake easy stuffed mushrooms with chicken, the recipe of which I recommend you to cook, in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the champignons will completely prepare, and the hard cheese from above will melt and redden.
