Let’s add to the collection of dietary recipes a new tasty zucchini dish. Rolls from zucchini with chicken and cottage cheese filling are very juicy and tender. Garlic and fresh greenery give the dish a special aroma. Cooking them is easy and fast enough. Such rolls look very appetizing and are suitable for both the everyday menu and the festive table. 1.Wash the zucchini, cut off the tails. Cut vegetables along on slices 5 mm thick.
2.Put the zucchini slides on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Pour vegetables with a small amount of olive oil. Send the zucchini to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes so that the vegetables become soft.
3.In a separate bowl combine sour cream, cottage cheese and garlic cloves passed through the press.
4.add finely chopped dill and parsley to the mixture. Mix the ingredients until homogeneous consistency.
5.Wash chicken fillet, clean from fat and skins. Cut the meat into thin long pieces, beat them with a culinary hammer. Salt and season chicken fillet with spices to taste.
6.Cool baked zucchini slices to room temperature.
7.On the slices of zucchini let’s put thinly cut chicken fillet.
8.On top, put a little cottage cheese mixture, evenly distribute it on meat, so that zucchini and chicken fillet rolls turn out juicy.
9.Grind hard cheese on a large grater. Put grated cheese over the cottage cheese mixture.
10.Now carefully roll our blanks into dense rolls. Fix the zucchini rolls with chicken fillet with wooden skewers or toothpicks so that they hold the shape and do not deform during baking.
11.Bake zucchini rolls, the recipe I offer you, in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
12.Ready-made stuffed zucchini rolls will be served hot. Before serving don’t forget to remove wooden skewers from them.
